I saw no Way — The Heavens were stitched –
I felt the Columns close –
The Earth reversed her Hemispheres –
I touched the Universe –

And back it slid — and I alone –
A Speck upon a Ball –
Went out upon Circumference –
Beyond the Dip of Bell –
